MWR Guest Pass Instructions

Links to the application form and background investigation authorization form for the MWR Guest Card program can be found to the left. Be sure to fill out/complete both forms and return to Sandra Barrett. If you have lived in the same county for the last two years the fee is $15.00. If you have lived in two counties please list them on the form and include $15.00 for each county. Payment for the background check must accompany the completed forms. You may pay for the background check with either cash, credit card or local check. Once I have received the forms the process will take 7-10 days. You will be contacted when the background check is completed to schedule an appointment for you to come in to receive your picture ID and vehicle decal, and for verification that your vehicle registration, insurance and driver's license are current - you can send a copy of these documents or bring them with you to your scheduled appointment.

Each person must have a guest card. The MWR Guest Card does not enable you to bring guests on base. This guest card is for patrons to visit our Category C facilities: Windy Harbor Golf/Bogey's Restaurant, Beachside Community Center(Bingo, Castaways Bar, Game Room, BoHogs BBQ and Pizza Hut), Fast Lanes Bowling Center and Fast Lanes Grille, CPO Club Restaurant and Lounge and Ocean Breeze Conference and Catering Center. If patrons want to visit anything other than these facilities they cannot use the MWR Guest Card to access the base.
